Our counterweights, made exclusively from recycled cast iron and steel, range from 500 kg to 20 tons and are 100% recyclable, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Ancenis Site
Our Ancenis production site spans an impressive 1 885 000 sq. ft, 753 000 sq. ft under roof equipped with cutting-edge facilities designed for efficiency and precision.
Key features include:
– Two cold-wind cupolas, each with a capacity of 53 000 lb. per hour, ensuring seamless and continuous production
– 2 moulding lines: one for large sized parts (Max part size: 118.11 x 94.5 inches) and one semi-automatic line for middle sized parts (Max part size: 90.55 x 66.92 inches).
– Three CNC machines and a finishing robot, offering exceptional accuracy and flexibility to meet even the most demanding customer specifications.
Revin Site
The Revin production site covers 172 000 sq. ft, with 64 600 sq. ft under roof. It is equipped with:
– Two cold-wind cupolas, each with a capacity of 26 500 lb. per hour.
– A traditional sand moulding system (max. dimensions: 118.11 inch x 94.5 inch), a traditional sand-molding system with rapid curing thanks to incorporated resins, various sectors such as shot-blasting, grinding and topcoat paint finish, tailored to meet specific customer requirements, similar to the Ancenis facility.
